Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, we recommend cancelling your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund and then place a new order.

You can cancel an order within 6 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund. Find the order number in your order history and contact us to cancel your order (Note: please use the email when you place the order and make sure to include your order number in the email subject line). We will cancel the order for you and issue the refund once we receive your request.

Please note once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

What payment methods does Dabolly accept?

We currently accept payments through the following payment providers:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Google Wallet (Android Pay)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

We cannot accept cash, bank transfer, or payment in instalments.

Does Dabolly charge for customs, taxes, VAT, or any other extra fees?

Customs, Duty, VAT, and additional location-specific taxes and fees are common on imported items. These are location-specific, determined by your country or region's Customs, border services or postal service, and are not paid through the Dabolly platform. 

These types of fees are presented with a "collect on delivery" or "postage due" card or label from the delivery carrier, which must be paid upon pick-up or delivery of each order. These are not charged by, and cannot be reimbursed by Dabolly in any event, such as if the order is returned for refund.

Dabolly does not collect any payment for customs, taxes, VAT, currency conversion rates, or any other fees, and cannot reimburse any extra charges. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs: We recommend that you contact your local customs office if you have any doubts or questions about whether or not your item will be permitted into your country.

VAT: We do not charge for Value Added Tax and cannot cover any charges which your country may add.

Post Office: We cannot say for certain whether your local post will charge you for the products you ordered. If you have any questions, please contact your local post for more information.

Due to customs regulatory policies, please note we are unable to list purchased items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual selling price.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.
