After an order has been shipped, you can track your package. You can either click the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email we sent you (normally titled “A shipment from order # is on the way”), or find the tracking number in the Order History, enter it below and click the “TRACK” button.
- Standard shipments are partially trackable.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.
- Your order status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry – it’s totally normal for your order tracking to stay the same for a few days.
- If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
